Policy objectives
The Business Continuity policy is designed to protect investor interests and asset safety, prevent interruption of critical processes, minimise operational, legal and financial risk, restore ANKRISINVEST services promptly and maintain stable operations under disruptive events.
Core principles
Prevention: we proactively address vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure, data, offices, vendors and operating processes.
Protection: every critical service has redundancy, multi-layer protection and alternative access channels.
Preparedness: staff training and process resilience testing.
Rapid recovery: even in large-scale disruptions, we restore key operations quickly.
Continuous improvement: the policy is reviewed and updated based on tests, risk analysis and changes in industry standards.
Critical functions
Legal transaction support, real estate management and reporting, financial settlement and bookkeeping, data protection and IT operations, client access to information, investor communications. Each function has fallback procedures and alternative technical solutions.
IT infrastructure and data protection
Distributed cloud infrastructure; mirrored servers and backup storage locations; automated backups across geographic regions; multi-layer access control; encryption at rest and in transit; protection against DDoS, cyber threats and unauthorised access. Even if one data centre fails, client data remains available.
Service availability
In emergencies we ensure remote access to all key systems for staff, backup communication channels, client access to data via secure cloud services, alternative procedures with notaries, registries and authorities, and prompt fallback to backup protocols. Critical processes keep operating even under prolonged power or connectivity issues.
Workforce in emergencies
Fully remote work with access to a secure infrastructure; distributed teams across regions; backup workstations and secure VPN; extended authentication. This lets us operate under local restrictions or wider emergencies.
Partners and suppliers
We work only with vendors that have their own Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery policies. Every critical partner is assessed on infrastructure resilience, alignment with international standards, process redundancy and availability guarantees.
Monitoring, testing and updates
Annual stress tests, scenario simulations, IT audits, regular protocol review and updates aligned with industry practice and law.
Obligations to clients
Data and documentation safety, key service availability, uninterrupted asset administration, stability of legal and financial support, transparent communication and timely notification of any disruption.
